The Korean Education Centre in India is pleased to share the announcement of the Seoul National University (SNU) President Fellowship (SPF) Program for the Spring 2027 semester.

The SNU President Fellowship is a prestigious scholarship program designed to support outstanding university faculty members from developing countries who wish to pursue a Ph.D. at Seoul National University. The program aims to strengthen higher education capacity and promote international academic cooperation by supporting future academic leaders.

Eligibility
Applicants must:

• Be teaching or instructional staff members at a university in a developing country.

• Hold a master's degree (or higher) but not possess a Ph.D.

• Be admitted to the Spring 2027 Ph.D. program at Seoul National University.

• Online admission application: 6 July 2026 (10:00 KST) – 9 July 2026 (17:00 KST)

• Submission of SPF application documents: By 31 July 2026
